From easy-to-make dishes to curries and tom yum soup, the select menu emphasizes a healthy balance of meat and vegetable dishes. Each class begins with a cooking demonstration by the hotel’s chef, followed by a hands-on cooking lesson and an award ceremony, when every participant receives a certificate and recipe book.
